Are you eligible for a free upgrade?

• All customers who own a current Software Maintenance Agreement for the registration number to be upgraded are eligible for a free upgrade to version 6.

How long will it take to get the new registration number?

All registration requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. Normal turn around for requests is 7 to 10 business days depending upon the accuracy of the information submitted against data we have on record.  If there are issues regarding the upgrade, someone will contact the primary contact listed on file.
